スタンダードルームはミディアムサイズで,落ち着いた雰囲気。木材を使用した家具等でまとめられ、伝統的な色合いを使いながらもモダンなデザインになっている。どの部屋にも、エアコン、ミニバー、セイフティボックス、国際電話直通ダイアル等が設置されている。バスルームはミディアムサイズで、設備も充実。ホテル正面側の部屋からは、Mandalay Fort やMandaly Hillがみわたせる。角部屋は、多少広めで、バルコニーもついている。裏側の部屋からは、プールや庭が眺められる。

レストラン
Cafe Mandalay はロビーの右手にあり、朝食はここでいただく。アジア・インターナショナルな料理が楽しめるアラカルトメニューのランチや、ディナーもある。地中海料理が楽しめるレストランUnoも最近オープンし、季節によって利用できる。（通常10月から4月）ロビー左にあるPlanters Bar では、カクテル、ビール、ソフトドリンクなどが楽しめる。
